Using the Hootsuite for JIRA Service Desk Intergration
From your Twitter or Facebook stream identify a post that you would like to share into JIRA Service Desk and click on the three dots in the lower-right corner.
Select JIRA Service Desk from this menu. If you don’t see an option for JIRA Service Desk, please contact email@example.com.
- Choose the Sevice Desk you'd like to open an issue in.
- Update the issue summary and description as you see fit.
- Set the Issue Type, Priority, and, optionally, who the issue will be assigned to.
- Click on the Open Service Desk Request button
- Your issue will be created in JIRA. Optionally click on the issue number to view it in a new window..
